@matt: Well it's EADGBE if you read from lowest to highest note and EBGDAE if you read from highest to lowest. Here EBGDAE variant is used (you can see it because the string #1 is the thinnest one and string #6 is the thickest one).
Everyone is right! But it is more common to list the strings in order from heaviest to skinniest. The tunings show the string numbers so I think it is fine but perhaps changing the order 6 to 1 would put Songsterr more in line with common practices.
About the tuning correspondence to string numbers. Songster, do not change it, it is 100% correct and orthodox, matt has no idea what he is talking about. The first string is the thinnest E and the second string is B, so on and so forth. That is just how it is. Imagine if you turned tabliture upside down just so it would "make more sense," this would really mess things up! Oh, please post more songs from the game Gitarooman, much appreciated.
