You're right...the tab has it wrong.
If measures 21 through 24 are the "A" section, and 25 through 28 are the "B" section, then the chorus would be:

AB AB AB A

Note: there's no "B" following the last "A" in the chorus...28 measures total.

The part between measure 21 and 28 is repeated three times not two.

Like I said in my last post, measures 21 through 24 are wrong.

I used GoldWave audio editor and stripped the vocals...lo & behold, the rhythm for both the guitar and bass is like this:

It ain't straight 8th notes!

I found the Bass Part to be Pretty good

The only part I question is the distortion guitar part beginning at measure 21.
The 8th notes seem a bit much...the recording sounds more like the notes are sustaining rather than da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da eight notes for 4 whole measures.
