The Beatles - In My Life Tab

THE BEATLES - IN MY LIFE (Lennon/McCartney) From RUBBER SOUL album. Released on 3rd December 1965.

I have included the great piano solo by George Martin. I think it is

not too difficult to master and can be played as two different guitar parts (treble and bass). It may be a little help explaining the last

measure of the solo, in which the third beat contains an 8th note

along with a sextet of 32nd notes that run into the last note on the fourth beat of the measure. It's really fast and it was recorded at half speed and speeded up later giving it more precission and that fine harpsichord tone, but I think that it can be played using a chain of five pull offs with just two hammer ons. There are places I'll remember All my life though some have changed Some forever not for better Some have gone and some remain All these places have their moments With lovers and friends I still can recall Some are dead and some are living In my life I've loved them all But of all these friends and lovers There is no one compares with you And these memories lose their meaning When I think of love as something new Though I know I'll never lose affection For people and things that went before I know I'll often stop and think about them In my life I love you more Though I know I'll never lose affection For people and things that went before I know I'll often stop and think about them In my life I love you more In my life I love you more 4/4 A5 E5
