Fall Out Boy - I Slept With Someone In Fall Out Boy And All I Got Was This Stupid Song Written About Me Tab

G# = (Guitar Number) (Which guitar is playing the part.)
x> = Sustain (Strike note x and let ring.)
x/y = Slide (Slide from note x to note y.)

^ = Staccato (Rather than strike notes one right after another,
strike the note, then mute it, then proceed to
                           the next note.)

. = Palm Mute (Strike note at the line where the . is located
while using your palm to create less of a sustain
                           and more 'chunky' sound.)

x# = (Times Through) (Play this part # times.)

s = Slight (This note should barely be heard due to the quickness
of the notes after. Similar to "x".)

P# = (Portion Number) (This is used if a portion of a part is too
long to fit in one line.)

+ = Harmonic (Strike the note while resting fingers lightly above
              the strings.)

/?\ = Exaggerated Slide (Do ? while sliding fingers lightly above
the strings up and down on the fret
                                                 board.)

xhy = Hammer-On (Strike note at x then use another finger to go
up on the fretboard, using the sustain to
create the note at y rather than another strike.)

xpy = Pull-Off (Strike note at x then pull finger off fretboard,
using the sustain to create the note at y rather
                                than another strike.)

I never have taken a guitar lesson in my life, so the terminology above may be wrong.

ARE IDENTICAL. I can't tell you how many ways I've seen this song played, but you get the idea. I'm taught in guitar, but the thing here is that basically, you can change your finger position some of the chords if it feels better for you. And of course, always remember... YOU ARE THE SONG, NOT THE BAND. YOU HAVE CREATIVE FREEDOM TO DO INPUT YOUR OWN LITTLE

IN OR TO CHANGE THE SOLO AROUND.
