and there, quite a bit, but this will get you through the main parts! Strum direction is listed above because that is one of the hardest things to gauge in this song. All deadened strums (except the rakes) are created

like a palm mute but slightly away from the bridge so it completely deadens

the strings. Your palm is just bouncing off the strings while youre making the strum - the best explanation is to try strumming the deadened strums with your only your palm. no sound? good, now add your pick in with it, you get deadened strums. Strums that are hyphenated together above the tab are quick - like you would play while palm muting "down-up" on a single string - youre hand never leaves the strings on the down, it comes immediately up. d d-u d-u d d d-u
