I also find it better sounding if you hold the 12th fret on the G string and the 10th fret on the A string when you pick the 11th on the B. It might be a little difficult, but if you are playing the 12 with your ring finger and the 10 with your index it is easier and more comfortable, yet the 12 with the pinkie works also and still using index.
