Pain Of Salvation - Scarsick Tab

Pain Of Salvation - Scarsick
From the album: Scarsick

This song's guitar parts are all about texture. I couldn't even be bothered
to tab out a lot of the parts, because they're either buried in the mix, or
there are so many of them that are really playing nothing. I haven't included

The order of the riffs or anything, you'll have to figure that out

yourselves. And it should be really goddamn easy to do that. I used a couple

Of live videos to confirm hand positions in the intro and other riffs.

So basically, the trick to this song is to "feel" it. This isn't your typical "precise" prog-metal song. The guitars are almost purely textural in this song. 7-string tuned to A E A D G B E

There are plenty of guitar noises involving bending the string with wah in this section. I can't be bothered to tab them all out, but they're pretty much based the 7th fret on the 4th string, and occasionally following

The chord progression of the chorus. The part is occasionally played with

power chords as well, rather than just single notes.
