here's some more tid bits from EVOL
lee arpegiates 555555
then thurston uses a slide of some sort from (circa) the 12 fret to the 16th.
mostly on the bottom two, but he lets the others bleed in sympathetically.
make sure the slide is slanted on the strings so they are all out of tune
with each other to get that oscillating effect.
