When listening to the recording.  The verse chords are E-B-E-A then E-B-E-B.
I've tabbed out the passing notes as well as I can hear them.  Normally I'm all for
experimenting and finding other patterns that fit the song but here they are part of
the
Hook and something people will listen for and expect.  The two 'pre-chorus' sections
go
E-F-F#-B as compared to other tab I've seen, usually E-A#-B-E.  I like to mix it up
and
play the E on the low daddy and the F-F#-B on the A string.
