then begins sliding rapidly up the fretboard, releasing

It's pretty difficult to work out the "solo" here, so
my suggestion is to seek out "blind eye sees all" and
watch mr. leary with your own eyes...
(also, i can't say for sure, but i think the left and right
guitars are panned back and forth between speakers, so...)
