The Day The Rains CameMerle HaggardChords

Intro

 Your strange B♭love was what I E♭found

The B♭day the rains came E♭down

And I remember we found shelter in the caFve

With the rain clouds up above

In the darkness we found love

The day the rains came I became your slave

 As the E♭maj7rains made rivers sA♭well I fell dE♭maj7eeper in your sA♭pell

You took my hand and handed me a B♭crown F

If I could just live on

With these things I have known

I know that I'd be glad of what I've found
