On a cold December winter night
It was misty, temperature low
He was sliding off an icy road
Into woods covered with snow
He woke up dazed and confused
Wiped some blood from his face
He was freezing and all alone
In this forsaken place
Where have I been, where am I to go?
He asked himself and wept
He turned on the radio
Eerie silence, that night the whole world slept
Who am I, I just don't know
No one there to lead the way back home
He checked his face in the rear view mirror
And didnt recognize himself
He lost all his memories

Black smoke bellowed from the hood
When he got out of the car
He heard a scream from far away
And started wandering through the dark
And followed a trail of footsteps
Suddenly he saw flashing red lights
A woman in a state of shock
Shivered, sat on the pavement in ripped tights
Peoples faces were so pale
As they stood there gazing at the scene
There was a car wreck and debris everywhere
They covered up a man with a sheet white and clean
When he realized what he saw
He kneeled down and yelled out loud
He had worked his way through the crowd
And had a close look at the body
It was himself lying there dead
